The visuals which made everyone be like "yo tf" before the game came out: Ace Attorney-style.What I dislike is that they didn't use any for others transitions like going through the forest (tho I'll talk about this a bit later). Now there's also the "small cutscenes" which honestly I think are just a nice touch, making good transitions. Now the cutscenes: tbh I saw a lot of people talk about how they were as smooth as Act 1's, but besides the beginning one: just look at the last ones (clown car and ending).Downside is that some of the supposedly relevant trolls (like Fozzer) don't stand out at all in comparison to the guy with the glasses at the beginning of the game or others. Also all the details for each random trolls really make you feel inside more natural alternia than what we saw in HS/PS or maybe even Friendsim. I didn't found the basic artstyle problematic. First thing first, the game is still as Homestuck-like as you could expect it.So I just decided to make a critic of Hiveswap Act 2 based on the following points: Aesthetic/Visuals, the plot + gameplay, characters development, smart small stuff, and meta-issues/outside of what's in the game.
